History of USFG

USF & G did not have to follow through with bankruptcy, thanks to a new CEO and restructuring of the company. It got back on its feet by 1992.

Eventually, USF & G was bought by a different company in 1998, the Saint Paul Companies.

One thing USF & G did produce that still exists is a building that has become a landmark in Baltimore.

The building of USF & G also helped to renew economic redevelopment due to the building of the 37 story building, which is the tallest building in Maryland.
